I will pick up the watch from my security box and take all the extra photo's you've asked for.
Yes its obvious that there's a mis-match in executions in place here but the dial itself is not something i've ever seen before. It has a very nice age patina to it and looks to be genuine in every way. The register needles also look well aged and match each other against OTD reference photo's.
Hopefully detailed photo's will bring some more information.
