I woke up this morning and my watch was 15min fast. It has only been out of the shop for a few weeks from the same problem. They wanted to clean and oil but I said to just see if they can get it to keep time and they were able to do so ($45 vs. $225). BUT, now I have the same problem again. Before, a friend had dropped the watch while admiring and I suspected that was what caused it to speed up but this time there is no reason. Can a dry watch run fast???? Logic would dictate that it would run slow. Can I apply logic to a vintage Heuer or do I just apply money? ;>)
