Is a Montreal 750.703 mvt 7750 a good watch ? Yeah, sure! Why not? I think it's a good watch, I like mine, but I think I prefer the Pasadena case better than the Montreal case.
What is its approx. value at this moment ? It's really hard to say since I haven't seen one on the market since I bought mine about this time last year... But I believe I paid about $700 this time last year if that helps.
Is 7750 a good movement ? Yes, the 7750 is a good solid movement. It's not haute horology, but it is a very goog very solid movement. Been in production for about 30 years now and is used by just about everyone including Rolex for their Tudor chronographs.
