Yes, the 3 CdG "waves" have a sort of scalloped design where the light sometimes emphasizes the edges and shows three distinct bands, and sometimes almost blends into one whole. The brushed finish within each band is arched to help catch the light and give that tiger's eye effect.
It really stands out on the champagne CdG dial in bright sunlight:
