Jordan Air Force Carrera 45 Dato: eBay Bargain??

Interesting . . . Carrera 45 Dato (3147N), with Jordanian Air Force markings, listed on eBay with a $3,000 BuyItNow, and seller told me that his best price would be $2,700. eBay shows us that it sold for $2,150. We can never be sure exactly what we are seeing on eBay, but perhaps someone else qualified for the $550 discount.

This one looked very good to me, even in the $2,700 to $3,000 range.

Thoughts? Lucky buyer in the community?
