Everyone has their preference, but I reckon Gold can look beautiful when used on smaller-cased watches- Arno's Carrera is amazing
Watches like the Montreal (OK, plated) have such a large case that its like wearing an ingot on your wrist..plus the gold case/ gold dial is overkill for me.
