Another very cool book I also have on the shelf is Chronogrpah Wristwatches To Stop Time by Gerd-R. Lang and Reinhard Meis published in 1993 by Schiffer Publishing Ltd. Originally in german but translated.

I actually like this book a lot as it has SO MANY cool vintage wristwatches from all the top brands and then some.

It is fascinating to look at how similar and yet how different they all are. You can definetly see the relationship between the competing brands in each decade.

Hope you can find these as they are great reference pieces.
