Yes, these dashboard timers do not set off much discussion here, but there are the dedicated enthusiasts who follow these very carefully (and have been bidding them up over the last year or so).

So I am happy posting the auction results; if nothing else, these postings become easily searchable records of some of the more interesting auctions.

The odd stopwatch that you refer to was very interesting to me. I attempted to contact the seller, from whom I had bought previous items, but he never replied. To me, these are the real things -- used to time the racers at places like the Indianapolis 500. I am also trying to develop some information about the rally computers installed in the old rally cars. I don't expect to have 30 writers participate in the discussion, but there are times when I develop information for my own satisfaction.
