my collection of MBs is mainly centered on the Rose Gold and gold limited editions of 1999 which all came with a tiny diamond at the top, 3 different sizes and they come in fountain pen, ball point, roller ball and propelling pencil. i use the same pen as you for a daily user and agree about the "fatties"!
Jon
: I confess I don't know much about pen collecting and have what MB
: collectors probably find the most boring pen of all (black resin
: and platinum Classique ballpoint) but I always admired the ones
: that used real granite from Mont Blanc. Just never saw one in a
: suitable size - anything bigger than Classique and I find them
: too "fat" to write with comfortably.
: That said, I just Googled and found a 1999 Anniversary version of
: my watch with rose gold instead of platinum highlights... very
: nice. But I mustn't start another collection!!
