My first impression is that it is an original Autavia hand but not the original one for the watch. I would have expected that to age at much the same rate as the other orange hands and the markings on the register. So I would agree that it has probably been replaced at service but that, in one sense at least, the description original is still deserved. Given a few years of normal wear it will start to mellow towards the colour of the other hands - I have an 1153 where the seconds hand is almost white now, having started off a reddish orange. I wouldn't change it as it suits the rest of the watch, but someone else might prefer a replacement hand closer to the original colour.
