The "cuts" of the knurled edges on the 1st and 2nd execution bezels are entirely different, as shown below.
1st execution bezel (on top) has 90 degree cuts. 2nd execution bezel (shown below) has 45 degree cuts. Seems that there is also a difference in the size, but even a quick glance at the "cut" of the knurled edges will tell you which is which.
Tachymeter bezel arrived for the 2nd execution case, and was never offered on the 1st execution case.

: All has to do with size. 31mm for first, 32mm for second..
