As far as i'm aware all the 1163 cases use the same domed plexi-crystal, yours appears to be a plexi to me from your pics as it too is domed but its a shallow dome, the originals are taller and you'll notice at the sides they come up vertically protruding from the bezel before the dome kicks in.

With most generic plexi's i've seen or used its hard to get a perfect match to the originals, even with so called 'high dome' replacements the arc of the dome sometimes leaves a gap between plexi and bezel insert.

Hard to explain, but yes you could replace it for a generic plexi for sure, finding a suitable one should be fun.
