Hello Nick, i just sat together with the ex. Heuer CEO from Germany today "Gert" but i read your quistion to late but i will ask him the next time i meet him again.
He told me alot of old stories about Heuer in the 70 is again.
Just the other day he sold a golden Carrera cal.12 to JACK HEUER personally because his wose stolen!! Funny? I think he told me once that the Design of the Monaco wose made by Heuer its self! We will find out about this.
