Hi John. Super find. It’s the 2nd case, 3rd dial. The case is unpolished as you can see from the sharp edges on the bevel on the lugs. This is a key feature of this case and often missing due to over polishing.
I read your comment on the Carrera you saw without the inner bezel. I have found that in time almost all parts become available. I recently bought some inner bezels for 60's Carrera's off chronotrader.
Patience is an essential requirement in this game and it adds to the fund and satisfaction when you do find that needle in the haystack.
