On the way to the track today I stopped by a friends shop and found a new friend. She works and seems in good but dirty shape. She has never been refinished but she needs a bath. I will show her off again after I pay for her to get some work done...
7763C...Snap Back...Manual Wind.
When I got to the track the light was good. They have given the new design cars a bit more boost every day. Today they were up to a little over 223mph/360kph (lap speed). One of the drivers told me he thinks they will qualify this weekend at over 225...which is respectable. Here is what the light looked like through my lens...
The 3 Team Penske cars led by Helio at pretty close to full speed in the middle of turn 1.
