Another thing to consider is, "What is NOS?"
Last year I picked up an Omega Seamaster 2255.80. It had sat in a safe and never been touched. A newer model had come out and it had been consigned to the safe for several years.
I went to buy a NOS watch earlier this year, and it had clearly been worn, but the owner hadn't peeled the sticker off the back, and had re-applied the bracelet protector film. So, not NOS in my opinion.
