: For what it's worth, seller indicated that he broke the deal with
: Rob because he was not willing to ship the watch to Canada, due
: to some sort of PayPal restriction. In the meanwhile, as the
: messages began pouring in, he became aware that he had left some
: money on the table, and relisted the watch at a higher price.
