Where are all the residents? I can't believe there weren't onlookers. How did they get permission to block off so many roads (even though I realize it was filmed over several days)? What did they have to pay the city of San Fran in order to get all the permits and permission to do this? Anyhow, fascinating video and one crazy driver!!
