: A watch. A blue faced Heuer Monaco reissue on a leather band.

: Everyone makes a big deal of the gift, and the closing shot of the
: episode is a close up of the watch, ticking loudly, and stopping
: at a time that might (or might not) provide a significant clue
: about the end of the series.

: On the discussion boards, the fans kept calling it a Rolex, but I
: think it was pretty cool that they chose a Heuer.

: Not sure why they chose the Heuer, aside from the fact that it's
: very distinctive looking.
