Can someone please share with us the description / characteristics / significance of a "Bullitt" case?
So there are (a) cut-outs front and back, (b) Piquerez style case-back, and (c) anything else? And why are these special? Are they rare / unusual / used only on a certain batch / range of serial numbers?
Some suggest that we are creating too many of these nicknames . . . Orange Boy, White Boy, White Orange Boy, Great White, Dark Lord, Derek Bell, etc. So please help me understand this newest nickname?
Thanks,
Jeff
