Reminds me of a customer that sent me a Siffert about 4 years ago. His wife bought it for him on ebay and it was a MESS! I sad story and it happens all the time. Kirk refinished the dial on the Siffert and it turned out about a good as if could for a redo. This one is really bad - would like to know who did it?
