Ok... I'm not a guru but I'll take a guess...

Looks like the first model has a Skipperrera (I think Ref. 7754) and the second has the three-register Heuer Carrera (panda-style, I think a 2447SN)?

P.S. I can't recall the exact model numbers so bear with me.
