Congratulations on this great "find". Yes, this is not what we can expect to find at the local flea markets and garage sales.
Fourth quarter of 1971 (as marked on the bracelet) seems just right for an "Orange Boy", but we are accustomed to seeing the serial number in the 241xxx / 242xxx range (or nearby). I cannot think of a good explanation for the 204xxx, but let's all give it some thought. You're sure that its 204, rather than 240?
