Once Upon A Time, I used to think that the military T marking on a Monte Carlo (and other related military features) resulted in a discount in the 20 to 30% range. Recently, there have been several of these sold in NOS / sealed-tight condition, and it seems that this discount has disappeared. Of course, a non-military Monte Carlo in this same factory-sealed condition might attract an even higher price, so it is difficult to state a general rule. Come to think of it, I have never seen a non-military NOS / factory-sealed Monte Carlo being offered.
