Hi Albert, Thanks. Will bear this in mind. My problem is finding people to give me an opinion!! The guy is a neighbour and 'friend' of my mother-in-law. He sold me the watch. But then again it is a 'waffle' 'small hands' 're-dialled' Monaco. I will certainly ask to see the mechanism and will not be selling the watch. I intend to use it as a project - try and find a good dial with "correct" markers and hands too!!!!!
