I don't know if you are aware, but that is a 'Chronomatic' version of the Siffert, and is worth an absolute fortune. I don't know exact worth, but certainly 5 figures, maybe even $20k+, I'm sure someone will make a better valuation.
It's rare, and well worth getting the bezel and insert replaced. There is one on eBay right now for around $500.
But please please please make sure you send it to a Heuer expert, as this is a rare bird.
Maybe even worth sending it to Tag Heuers vintage dept in Switzerland for a service and new bezel & insert.
