Hi mate
Yes the market is rising, however mostly for those "rare and special" pieces. Like on Rolex 1675 GMT or std sub (gor example) values have seen minimal rise over several years but a Paul Newman Daytona, a Milguass, or an early bakelight GMT have seen much more agressive price rises. Like the car market where a DB5 now fetches up to £500,000 at auction (from half of that a couple of years ago). It is somewhat enevitable of what happens to the most desired objectsin any market.
