: Not only is it outrageous, but those are photoshop skills worthy of
: a 6 year old. Actually that is insult to 6 year olds, there are
: some pretty tech-savy six year olds out there.
I really have my doubts that anyone at the auction house perpetrated the touch up. It would take me about 15 minutes to make that bezel look perfect in PhotoShop. If I only wanted to take out the large scratch in question it would take less than a minute to do it better than what we see in these photos. I am pretty expert in PhotoShop but even a newbie could do better than leaving "overspray" in the 10 as it seems that someone did in the photo. The other think is why would they only touch up one place?
I think someone actually tried to touch up the bezel in that one place. When what they did looked bad they gave up and left the rest of the scratches.
I have no affiliation with the auction house and I have no dog in this fight but before anybody starts to accuse anybody of anything I think they need to look at the watch and the photos....at the same time.
