I'm not 100% certain, the case ref quoted by the seller fits the table we've created. But it's probably not correct to catagorize this watch as a Siffert model because the Sifferts were Automatics, and the 7733 is a manual wind watch.

I realize it's spliting hairs, but it would be fair to call this watch a "Siffert colored" Autavia, but not a Siffert model.

Just my opinion...
