Since I am still new here, I thought I should make sure y'all knew my comment was only a wisecrack. I do like TH watches including the 1887 Carrera.

That said, this new watch is far too blingy for my tastes. It's a good thing, because for that much money there are quite a few other watches I would prefer. Most of those, I fear that Archie would disapprove of as well since none are in the triumvirate. I already know the "Watch Snob" (at askmen.com) would not like a lot of the watches I like.
