Bezel Colors / Number Count / Hands

YES -- there are two bezels for the 1163 GMT, the earlier one has all 24 numbers (and darker colors) and the later one has even numbers only (and the lighter / brighter colors). This is an early one, and appears not to have faded at all.

Also notice the GMT hand (triangular tip on the earlier one (as on Manual GMTs); rectangular box on later ones) and time-of-day hands (Viceroy style brushed steel versus red).

Maybe we need the vertical / historical progression comparison table??

: off (this thread) topic question: were there
: two types of bezels on the 1163 GMT?
: - the shiny lighter "pepsi" version
: - the version in your photos,
: or is the matt/dark look of the bezel in the
: photos due to fading & effect of time
: (obviously not due to lighting which is
: excellent)
