Thanks for the question. Regardless of what is properly called a "Siffert" (discussed below), in terms of what is properly called a "Heuer", this one seems questionable:
My guess is that this one has been put together from parts -- some Heuer / some other brands. The current bid price probably reflects typical pricing for parts watch / franken Heuer.
