keep calm, all world can be the same, not only from Italy..
Two yrs ago I bought an insert in UK and he arrived to me, 6months later !!
Maybe he come here with Annibal's elephants... :)

However the Poste track and trace + insured cover till Euro 3600 if stolen
but need near a week of working days after shipping, before he arrived to you.
If the seller have sent you a copy of shipping receipt, you have 30 days for open a dispute.
Wait till 10-15 days, as told by Giuliano, but I hope in a more fast and happy end for you
