The case appears to be made of titanium/gold. Heuer is on the face. Currently the strap is of NATO colouring. (Interesting to read the dialogue on this forum, for and against NATO straps.) Originally it would have had a bracelet?
I'm not going anywhere near water, so I'll have a look at the movement soon, for any date stamp.
