Firstly - the pics are way to small to make any further assessment on the internals. Either way, it doesn't alter the (horrible) facts.

If I were you... why not go back to the store with your wife, and together select another watch. If you express your considerable disappointment about being sold a fake, they hopefully will do you a very good deal on any replacement. Then treat yourselves to a nice romantic lunch or dinner somewhere special - make a real day of it?
