It may be a redail, but I will not be suprised if this is 100% fake. See what they are writing about this watch:
"Here we have a 1940's Heuer chronograph with a rare Valjoux 22 movement. The two chronograph sub-dials shows how Heuer experimented with various movements and configurations before striking gold with the 1963 Carrera. The movement inside this chronograph is notable because it was used to power Heuer's notable Flieger watches used by WWII airplane pilots."
