Glad you found my example. My theory is that these flat dials (both T and D) were the 2nd execution. The reason I say that is as follows:

1st exec - bevelled edge, blue/red scale on outer track, flat white dial and registers & steel hour markers (varying lengths)
2nd exec - flat dial, black/red scale, metallic starburst dial and registers & plain steel hour markers (same as 1st execution)
3rd exec - stepped dial, black/black scale on outer track, metallic white dial, flat matt sub registers and short hour markers with black inset (all the same length)

I don’t have a 3rd execution 2447D so I have used a contemporary example with the same characteristics.
