Congrats on the watches and you clearly knew what you wanted and like you I found myself unexpectedly at Heuer divers, and all through the old motorsports connections and then always having a thing for divers (courtesy of Mr. Bond).
I love the fill lume divers, and a 42mm (Jumbo) will at some point be "required" to join my other Heuer divers and complete the set, so to speak. I grew up with James Bond and he inspired many bond-esque things throughout the years starting with the aluminium Samsonite briefcase (The same as the one from Die Another Day) I bought for my first office job.
Following that was the love of fine accessories such as pens etc. and then finally venturing into my first decent watch, a brand new Omega Aqua Terra which was only a bond watch in brand, but it was financially as close as I could get to a Bond watch at the time...but the modern version was Bonds in Skyfall, so maybe I was simply ahead of the curve :D
It's probably this influence that drives me towards a submariner as well :o
