Hi,
the case doesn't look to be in pristine condition, looks polished on pictures, and it seems to have a serial number engraved on certain pictures. I've asked the seller for the serial, waiting his response. What range should it be for 70's heuer ?
: Hello,
: after Marks thoughts one other thing comes to my mind. When we look
: at those pictures the case seems to be in pristine condition.
: Almost as new. Not really what one would expect from a military
: issued watch. So either also refinished (but very good) or a NOS
: service part. It would be nice to know the serial number between
: the lugs. The reference shouldn't be there in my opinion (to
: early). But I wouldn't be surprised if there is also no serial.
: I've seen several spare cases on ebay in the past that had none.
: It would be great to learn more about this mysterious watch.
: Best,
: Manuel
