Unless someone who was actually building these watches can verify what movements and modifications were used in which case and dial combination then there is no 100% conclusion.
I prefer to rely on previous expertise on my watch.
Your comment 'a real fakers masterpiece' is pure supposition.
However, the dial on the second watch you pictured in your original post, is without question 'a real fakers nightmare'. Looks to have been painted by a blind man in a dark room with a paste brush.
I don't understand how you can describe it as 'original'.
