Just for kicks, I posted the folLowing over at the "Official Michael Chrichton Forum". Hopefully, they can fill in some details for us.

Hi All
First post from me, but a LONG time MC fan. About half way through SOF right now.

Anyway, over on the HEUER vintage watch forum, which I frequent, there is a discussion about the rear cover art where MC is seated, proudly displaying a HEUER Monaco watch.

Inquiring minds would like to know about the watch, and MC's interest in HEUER watches.

Can anyone shed some light on the subject?
