Well, maybe he is really in posession of the watch and just uses the pictures, either way it is difficult to prove....this is not the first case and I'm sure it happened to some people before. I did complain to ebay on various occasions but they don't seem to be interested. I tried to contact bidders with very mixed results.
But I will contact ebay and the hights bidders anyway on this one.....
