: Just proves that you need to do your homework before you buy
: watches or trust anybody. Having more money than brains doesn't
: mean you make any fewer mistakes than the rest of us. It just
: means that when you bitch about the mistakes your voice is
: louder...and we have to listen to the whining.
: I am not taking sides here in the argument over whether the dealer
: intentionally deceived or whether the buyer is just having
: remorse. Do your homework and you will have much less chance of
: getting screwed. Even so, be prepared to make mistakes.

Welcome to the world of financial. I heard a story about another company that had a client that got a success settlement on some financial products that they had transacted. They claimed that they were miss sold and didn't understand the risk they have taken on. Strangely they 2 out of 6 they had traded were very much making money, and although the same type of products as the ones they wanted to cancel, they decided that they understood these very well so wanted to keep them! I heard the other company settled for reputation risk. Personally I would of gone to court! We live in strange times.
