For those seeking an entertaining afternoon read, here is the Legal Complaint filed in this case. The case is "J. Darius Bikoff, Plaintiff, against James Dowling and Pastime, Defendants", filed in the United States District Court, for the Southern District of New York, 16-cv-5478.
The Complaint is an interesting read; we have the usual cast of characters -- a billionaire seeking to buy and sell some watches, a world-famous watch dealer, the head of a major auction house, a well-known watch dealer in Miami, and a third-party Rolex expert.
