Check the "catalogs" section and you can get an idea by thumbing through the pages. Note - there are several yacht timer designs that have been used from early 70's all the way up to mid-80's.

Some of the more popular designs that are going on eBay as "mid-60's" could very easily be a 1986 watch ;-)
