Hi Jon-that's useful thanks. Yes it appears to be a 1163V, and I'm sure it will clean up nicely, maybe with a new crystal too. The bezels come up from time to time, initially I suggest you post a 'WantToBuy' on the Chronotrader section here, which may help, also keep an eye on the regular online auction sites too. (without naming names!)

Regarding servicing, I'm not familiar with the recommended US watchmakers but know Craig at Chronodeco has a very good reputation-
