Hi Christian,
yes it is a 2446 and they usually have a mirror like tension rings. But we have seen some of those Carrera style rings in 2446s over the years. I'm not sure if it's factory specs or not, but I wouldn't worry to buy a nice 2446 with this kind of inner ring.
