Caseback stamping on 11630mh - C P296-7

I've recently added a 11630mh to my collection and on the outside of the caseback towards the edge of the dome edge it has stamped C P296-7

Checking around and goggling I can't seem to find any comments on similar stampings, so would appreciate if any one's got any thoughts.
