Higher Authority points out that the crown is incorrect (from a Calculator); pushers are incorrect (should be smooth, not fluted); and the crystal has been replaced (no surprise there).

In my humble opinion, for this kind of money, these elements should be right, and you should not need to send the thing off for a restoration (which will add quite a bit to the price).
