My recommendation would be to have the watch overhauled before trying to sell it.

With the chrono button jammed, you will take a big haircut if you attempt to sell it "as is". Any purchaser will know that he will need to incur the cost of repair and fill face the risk that there is a real problem (for example, a part that is difficult to find) . . . this situation will result in your facing a big discount.

In terms of where to sell, you will face big fees from an auction house, and the timeline can be long, from the time to send the watch to the time you receive the proceeds. My recommendation -- sell it on ChronoTrader or eBay, and you will be months ahead of an auction house.
